That’s a Wrap!
Wow! What an incredible evening celebrating our community of farmers, neighbors, chefs, and market-goers! Our 3rd Annual Market-To-Table Dinner was a huge success snd we’re already looking forward to next year. Thank you to all who participated, donated, and attended. You are what makes the Worthington market community wonderful!

Producer & Market Partner News
Blue Jacket Dairy, Booth #86, Graeter’s Parking Lot
I wrote a piece about making butter for the Logan County Chronicle’s From Scratch series, including memories of those glass jugs of milk when I was growing up and the cream that would rise to the top.
If you want to try making your own, you can do the same thing today with local non-homogenized milk and skim the cream from the top. Or just start with cream.
And if you’d rather come make it with me, I’m teaching butter making and other from-scratch classes here at Blue Jacket Dairy. There’s something really satisfying about learning how to make things in your own kitchen that you’ve always just bought at the store
