Pachucos Taqueria Brings Their Truck to Aardvark Wine & Beer

Aardvark Wine & Beer in Linworth has welcomed a new food truck: Pachucos Taqueria!

Following the departure of Ray Ray’s Hog Pit, Aardvark brought in the family-owned Pachucos to park for regular hours outside the wine and beer shop, so guests can snag dinner before heading inside to relax at the Dive Baar with a glass of wine or a draft beer.

This is technically the second truck for Pachucos. They operate their first one on Lockbourne Road on the south end of Columbus. They’re offering dinner hours, 3-9 p.m., Wednesday-Saturday at Aardvark.

Pachucos’ menu ranges from tacos and quesadillas and burritos, to tortas, gorditas, and huaraches. Their signature is the giant machetes: a long corn tortilla quesadilla filled with cheese, onions, cilantro, and your choice of proteins. Each one is easily large enough for two people!

Pachucos is a perfect complement to Aardvark’s selection of wine and beer. The wine shop offers its own small selection of snacks, too. And if you stop in for dinner and drinks, be sure to browse the expertly curated collection of wines by the bottle and beers by the bottle and can.

Pachucos Taqueria serves Wednesdays to Saturdays, 3-9 p.m.

Aardvark is open Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 11 am. to 8 p.m.
